Unable to Play Videos Fit Rise 365 Members SiteUpdated a year ago
If you receive a privacy setting error that blocks Fit Rise videos from playing, here are a few things you can do to resolve the issue.
JavaScript
Ensure JavaScript is enabled for the video to play. On your browser go to Settings > Advanced > Privacy > Content Settings > Javascript
Cookies
Cookies must be allowed and check that Vimeo (our video hosting service) is not blocked. Go to Settings > Advanced > Privacy > Content Settings > Cookies
Cache
Clearing your cache and browsing history is a great quick fix for technology issues. In your browser, open your history and select to clear browsing data for all of time.
Browser and Device
Try another browser - Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, etc. Also try switching devices if possible.
