Subscription Overview
All Fit Rise memberships are set up as subscriptions in which your saved payment method will be charged at the specified frequency of your membership - monthly or annually. For more information on the Fit Rise 365 membership, check out Fit Rise 365
Upgrading your Fit Rise 365 Membership
There are two types of Fit Rise 365 memberships, monthly and annual (more on each option can be found here). If you wish to change your membership type, we can take care of that for you! Just contact us at support@fitrise.com and we can let you know what steps we'll need to take to get that taken care of for you, any changes in price, and your new billing schedule.
Cancelling your Subscription
We hope you'll stick around, but if you need to cancel any of our subscription services, please reach out to us at support@fitrise.com with your order info and we can take care of that for you.
Changes to your Contact Info
If you need to make any changes to your contact info, address, etc. after placing your order, please reach out to us at support@fitrise.com and we'll be happy to help!
Updating your Payment Information
To update your payment information for future billings, please reach out to our payment vendor, ClickBank. You can contact them by entering your order information and request here. Please know that Mindful Health employees are not privy to credit card information and are not able to view or update it.

At the bottom of your email, you can choose to manage your lists:
