Use the food exchange list found in your meal plan to swap ingredients when needed to make meals that suit your lifestyle. 

You can also swap full meals if you find this is easier than changing individual ingredients. Swap breakfasts for breakfasts and snacks for snacks. Lunches and dinners are interchangeable, and snacks are optional.
