Login Issues

If you have any problems logging in, try the Forgot Password option at the bottom of the page. Be sure you are logging in at members.fitrise.com as the Forever Fit login site is no longer active.

Once you've hit Forgot your password?, you will be asked to confirm your email address. Be sure you are using the email address associated with your Fit Rise membership. 

You will be sent a link to reset your password. If you would like to switch the email address used as your primary Fit Rise email, please let us know at [email protected]. 

If you're still unable to log in, reach out to us at [email protected] and we can send you a temporary password. 

Changing your Password

If you need to change your password, do so at any time through your profile. Once logged in to members.fitrise.com, scroll down to the bottom left and click My Profile. Once your profile has opened, enter your new password, confirm it in the next field, hit Save and you're all set!
