The 30 Day Challenge is an entirely digital program with program components delivered by email weekly. This offers you the flexibility to complete the 30 Day Challenge at any time, at your own pace.These emails include links to meal plan pdfs, meditation and movement videos, and some bonuses! 

These links never expire, so as long you save the emails you can repeat the 30 Day Challenge at any time in the future.

Your 30 Day Challenge purchase will also include 6 weeks access to a facebook group full of fellow challengers, both old and new, to offer support and encouragement along the way! 

The program materials for all 30 days will also be available for you in the files section of this group if you prefer to reference them here instead of your email inbox.

I just purchased the 30 Day Challenge. When will I receive the program?

You should receive a couple of emails from us shortly after making your purchase with info on how to get started. Your first weekly meal plan should follow a day or two later! You can also find these materials within the files tab in the challenge facebook group.

I don't like a certain food in the meal plan. Can I substitute something else?

We all have different tastes, preferences, and dietary needs and we encourage you to adjust the plan as needed by using the Food Exchange & Foods to Avoid lists found in your challenge plan.

If I don't do the detox, will the program work for me?

Definitely! The program works even without the detox.  But starting to eat clean with a clean system, after detoxing, speeds up the results.

What is the "mother" in Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)?

The mother is what makes the vinegar look cloudy. It contains the proteins and bacteria that make apple cider vinegar so effective and healthy.

Can I repeat the 30 Day Challenge in the future?

Please do! Be sure to keep track of your emails or material links as you'll need them to access the challenge in the future. Please know, facebook access can only be provided for repeat challengers by purchasing the challenge again or joining Fit Rise 365

Can I do the detox and challenge while pregnant or nursing?

While on the 3-Day Detox, you will be using all-natural ingredients so it's safe for both you and the baby. Of course, not all pregnancies are the same, so to be sure, Danette and all of us here advise that you consult with your doctor first before starting the program.

If you are nursing we suggest waiting until your baby is at least 6 weeks of age, but please discuss this with your lactation consultant or doctor. We can not say whether or not the detox will have an effect on your milk supply. 

Why are my emails coming to a different email address?

If you purchased your 30 Day Challenge with a PayPal account, the email address associated with that account will be the one the emails are sent to. If you'd like to change this to a different address, just reach out to us at [email protected] and we can get that moved over for you! 

Can I exercise while I'm on the 3-Day Whole You Healing Detox?

While exercise is important for a healthy lifestyle, Danette advises laying off additional exercises beyond the 15-minute Mindful Pilates Movement while on the detox.

Is it normal to feel some unusual reactions while on the detox?

Yes, these are likely normal reactions. When going through a detox, people have different experiences based on their bodies, toxicity levels and stress levels. Be sure to continue drinking adequate amounts of water and check out some of the tips in challenge materials for helping your body through the process. If you have any serious concerns, please reach out to your doctor to confirm they are not part of an underlying health issue. 

Can I eat extra food while on the detox?

During the detox phase, we suggest you follow the plan as much as possible.  This detox phase is critical to help slough off toxins that are residing in the gut, kidneys, liver, and colon. When you release toxins from these areas, you start to rebalance your hormones. When the hormones are balanced, stubborn body fat is released from your body and your metabolism speeds up. 

Can I continue taking my medications during the detox?

You should not stop any medication without first talking to your doctor. In most cases, medications and daily vitamins/supplements should not negatively affect the detox.
